Every evening, as the sun sets over Niagara Falls, the iconic waterfalls come alive with a dazzling display of lights. Thanks to the state-of-the-art lighting system installed by the Niagara Falls Illumination Board, the beauty of the Falls at night is now more vibrant and energy-efficient than ever.
When to See the Illumination
From April 1 to May 14, the Falls are lit every evening from 8 PM to 2 AM. The vibrant colors change throughout the night, creating a mesmerizing rainbow effect across both the Horseshoe and American Falls.
