A culinary team from Fallsview Casino recently won gold at a Toronto culinary competition.
The five-person team led by chef Ray Taylor won first place in the appetizer challenge of the Salut Toronto Wine and Food Festival.
As part of the grand prize, the team will be featured in an upcoming edition of City Bites magazine.
