(PRWEB) December 18, 2007 — The Niagara Winter Festival of Lights is currently in full swing, celebrating its 25th silver anniversary in lovely Niagara Falls, Canada. Featuring more than 125 animated light displays, and over 3 million sparkling lights, this year’s Winter Wonderland is a must-see adventure. Displays will include the world famous Enchantment of Disney plus the worlds largest illuminated Canadian-American flags. Attendees will also enjoy spectacular fireworks over the Falls, every Friday at 9 p.m. with additional displays every night during the holidays, Dec. 26 to Jan. 6, 2008.
In addition, more than 30,000 people are expected to attend Niagara Fall’s free outdoor concert on New Year’s Eve in Queen Victoria Park. Headliners of the event will include Dennis DeYoung (founding member of Styx), Loverboy and Honeymoon Suite — all of them, of course, playing in front of the majestic Niagara Falls as a backdrop with spectacular fireworks displays taking place at 9 p.m. and midnight. Live television broadcasting of the event takes place from 11 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. on CanWest Global and affiliate stations.
