Join us at the Heartland Beat Drum Circle, an inclusive, free event hosted by Heartland Forest, where drummers of all skill levels come together to share rhythms. This monthly gathering invites you to bring your own percussion instrument or use one of our bucket drums as we create music together.

Whether you want to join in the drumming, dance to the beat, or simply listen and enjoy the vibes, you're welcome at any point during the hour. If you need assistance, feel free to bring your support worker or caregiver.

This event is open to everyone aged 5 and up. Children under 5 are also welcome, but they must be accompanied by an adult. The next session will be held on Friday, August 30, from 6 PM to 7 PM at the Canadian Tire Pavilion.
