Can’t find my country?
- Currently, we only sell to the USA and Canada
- You can still buy the ticket in person at the Niagara SkyWheel.
The Final Step says my card is declined, how can I get this to work?
- Standard Visa and MasterCard credit cards are the only ones we accept online. Debit Cards or Prepaid Credit Cards are not accepted.
- Ensure name/mailing address details match the one registered with the CC Company. Especially the postal code.
- If you've moved recently, try entering the previous address.
- Try a different Credit Card.
- Contact Credit Card Company or check online to ensure card valid and credit available.

How can I make a refund request for my Pass/Ticket?
- This is not possible, since you’ve already accepted the terms and conditions which clearly states there are no refunds.
Options:
- Online tickets are valid for a year. You can schedule another visit within that time.
- For system errors, refunds are automated. (See below)

My order completed but no confirmation was received by email?
- Confirm which email was originally used and check your junk/spam folder for the email confirmation.
- If your credit card was charged and you did not receive a confirmation, please see the question below.

My credit card was charged but the web cart generated an error instead of a confirmation?
- The order may have completed as expected, so please confirm which email was originally used and check your email for the confirmation.
- Also check your junk/spam folder.
- If the order is incomplete, the system will automatically issue a refund up to 48 hours afterwards.

How long is my Pass/Tickets good for?
- Your pass/tickets are good for one year from the date of purchase. (Single Use)
Do I have to use my passes in a certain order?
No. You can visit the attractions in any order that you would like.
What do I do if I lose my pass/tickets?
Bring your receipt to any of the attractions listed on the pass/ticket and we can recover your pass/tickets for you
Where can I redeem my online order?
- Bring a printout of your confirmation or a mobile phone device with the email confirmation open, showing the bar code.
- Any person named on the order with a valid ID can redeem passes/tickets. (ie. licence, gov't photo ID)
How can I purchase tickets or passes as a gift for someone else?
This is possible, and there are two options:
- Purchase FUN PASS in-park.
- Physical Fun Pass cards can be given to recipient to use within a year of purchase
- Buy Online
- Any person named on the order with a valid ID can redeem passes/tickets. (ie. licence, gov't photo ID)
What ages are considered Adult, Child or Youth?
Adult is 13 and up, Child is 3-12, Youth is 0-2.
