The Niagara Falls State Park is the oldest state park in the United States. Once there, you can hike or bike the park’s extensive trail system. Or simply pack a lunch and enjoy the beautiful views in one of several picnic spots.

Then, hop on the Niagara Scenic Trolley for a 3 mile guided tour that stops at all the most stunning Niagara vistas. At the Niagara Gorge Discovery Center, you’ll learn about the creation of the falls and their history during an exciting multimedia presentation.

While at Prospect Point, ride the elevator in the Observation Tower for a once in a lifetime experience. You will descend 180 feet for a view of the base of the American Falls that you’ll never forget. From there, you can get on the famed Maid of the Mist Boat Tour for an amazing ride into the Canadian Horseshoe Falls basin.

Finally, your visit to Niagara Falls State Park will not be complete until you experience the full force of the Falls through the Cave of the Winds Tour. After travelling 175 feet into Niagara Gorge, you will walk to an observation deck that is a mere 20 feet from the falling waters of the Bridal Veil Falls. This is not to be missed!
